The combination of parents’ trust towards a doctor and the innocence of their children can be very dangerous.

Many have read the news of Dr. Larry Nassar, and how his sexual abuse continued under the radar for years. He was a well-respected doctor who not only worked for the USA Gymnastics and Michigan State University. He used his medical profession to disguise his molestation as medical treatment. Unfortunately, he is not the only doctor that has been involved in this type of behavior and these two institutions are not the only ones that have tried to hide it.

These doctors take positions at a well-known institution that are nationally trusted and use that as a form of intimidation towards the victims. The institutions, having a lot to lose if the secret was out, turn a blind eye towards the victims. This behavior is unacceptable.

As of 1998, an estimated 17.7 million American woman had been victims of attempted or completed rape.

If you or someone you love has been sexually abused by a doctor and the institution they work for didn’t take any actions, please call us at for a free consultation. You may be entitled to compensation for your suffering.
